A warm welcome to 2017 and thank you to the numerous annual members who have already renewed! We have now had enough volunteers to roll out the scheme of 'adopt a veteran' so that now members of the AVC not on email will be sent copies of Fellwoship newsletters by their sponsor. Thank you to the members who volunteered to help!
Whilst the September commemorations are now completed and we can all congratulate ourselves that the membership continues to increase, we need to ensure that what we do meets the needs of the members and therefore if you not already contacted us, can you let us know what you think and how we can improve and change what we do for future firstname.lastname@example.org
The Fellowship break an important milestone! Membership before the commemoration weekend stood at 510 and after the weekend at 542. I think this goes to show that the Fellowship is heading in the right direction and we have the highest number of members since forming and breaking records all the time!

Information was included in the July 2016 newsletter on the programme for September. If you did not get this newsletter or are unsure of anything please contact the Hon Secretary.
Pompey Paras (Airborne forces day & 10 Para reunion) 9th July.
The Fellowship had a small stand at the event, selling a few items and generally raising awareness of the Fellowship's activities. Happily we signed up some new members and met some existing members during the day. Thanks go to David Locke, John Howes and Graham Francis.

The visit was hosted by Bob Hilton and members had the opportunity to see behind the scenes and get to handle various items from the collection. (Further details in the next newsletter)
On the 12th June a small number of members attended the Museum of Army Flying at Middle Wallop, for an informal walk around.
